Support Coordination
We partner with you to make the best use of supports included in your plan. Our team of support coordinators will:
- help you to unpack and understand your plan as you pursue your goals.
- connect you with service providers you need including government and mainstream services.
- encourage and build your skills and confidence in order to access and arrange your supports.
- work with you as you exercise your choice and control.
- help you explore available options of supports and narrow them down to the most suitable.
Our Support Coordination service will focus on helping you make the most of your NDIS funding to attain your desired goals. As this is a capacity building service, the idea is to work towards your independence gradually so that one day you can coordinate some or all of your supports depending on the level of your care needs.
