Meet Bev - One of our Company Directors.
We are glad you visited our website. I am Bervily (Bev), the Principal/ Managing Director of Native Care Services. My journey in the healthcare industry began in 2011 as a PCA (Personal Care Assistant). This initial experience ignited my passion for the healthcare field, leading me to pursue a Bachelor of Nursing. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege to work across various settings, including, but not limited to; Hospitals, Acquired Brain Injury rehabilitation, Aged-Care facilities and Disability Support Services. This experience enriched my understanding of individualised care and reinforced my commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives.
Driven by a shared vision with my husband, we co-founded Native Care Services. Our mission is to promote and enhance quality of life through the provision of individualised care services and supports, with the sole purpose of meeting clients’ needs.
Our focus extends beyond just providing care, we strive to create an environment where individuals can thrive and lead fulfilling lives. We are committed to offering personalised support, promoting autonomy and cultivating a sense of belonging within our community.
When not immersed in the world of healthcare, I find joy in reading, shopping, and spending time with my family and friends. This allows me to recharge and bring a refreshed perspective to my work.
